Lux Media Hub is a language learning platform that provides access to Luxembourgish audio content, including news, podcasts, and educational materials. Our Service includes:
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee. Prices are listed in Euros and may be subject to change with notice.
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial months. For lifetime purchases, refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase if you have not substantially used the Service.

The Service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by Lux Media Hub and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Content Ownership: All audio content accessed through the Service is owned by the respective content creators and media organizations (RTL Radio, Radio 100.7, and other Luxembourgish media outlets). We do not claim ownership of any third-party content.
How We Use Content:
What You Pay For: Your subscription fee covers access to our AI-powered learning tools and features (transcription, summaries, progress tracking, comprehensive mode), NOT access to the media content itself. The original content remains freely available on the creators' platforms.
Educational Fair Use: Our use of content falls under educational fair use and text/data mining exceptions (EU Copyright Directive 2019, Articles 3 & 4) for language learning and educational purposes. We operate as an educational technology platform, not a media distributor.
Content Creator Rights: Content creators may request removal of their content at any time by contacting us at lunchbreakluxembourgish@gmail.com. We will respond within 24 hours and remove content immediately upon request.
Traffic and Attribution: Our Service drives traffic to original content sources and increases discoverability of Luxembourgish media. We provide clear attribution and links to the original platforms for every piece of content.
You retain ownership of your personal data. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use your usage data to improve the Service and provide personalized features.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of transcriptions or AI-generated content. These features are provided as learning aids and should not be relied upon for critical purposes.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUX MEDIA HUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lux Media Hub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Luxembourg, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Luxembourg.
Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at lunchbreakluxembourgish@gmail.com. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may proceed with formal dispute resolution.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lux Media Hub regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
